This initiative, in partnership with Al Etihad Payments, a subsidiary of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), aims to advance the UAE national agenda by promoting card-based transactions and boosting digital payments across all customer segments.
The Jaywan Domestic Card Scheme is designed to enhance the efficiency of digital payments within the UAE, providing residents with a convenient and secure method for card-based transactions both locally and internationally. These cards will be available to all customers of licensed financial institutions in the UAE, including banks and exchange houses.
As a leading acquirer with over 60,000 merchants spanning sectors such as high-end retail, hospitality, electronics, jewelry, and hypermarkets, Network International will leverage its 30+ years of expertise to bring this innovative solution to market. This effort aligns with Network International’s strategy to lead payment solutions in the region through a commitment to innovation and excellence.
